A fun collection of original and traditional gospel tunes performed at conferences from around the country in the late 1970s.

It is a treat to be able to release this recording once again. After listening to it many times, I decided to put it out there, despite its many limitations, as a celebration of those early years. Marvin Gawryn plays congas and Vern Grimsley plays back up guitar on most of the songs including some dubbed-in tracks he recorded after the live recordings were made. To some degree, this is also a historical record of some of those early times.
